Why should human's consume ethically?

Buying products that were ethically produced and/or which are not harmful to the environment and society.
This means buying things that aren't doing any impact to the human society, animals, exploitation humans, or even human labour.

Ethics is a system of moral principles. It is concerned with what is good for individuals and society
Consumerism
Consumerism is the theory of spending money and consuming goods that are good for the economy.

Types of Ethical consumerism

- Positive buying is buying ethical products involving fair trade, organic or cruelty free. This is most important as it directly supports progressive companies. Consumers buy products based on ethic score or characteristic of eco- friendly / human labor regulation etc.
- Negative purchasing means avoiding products you disapprove of such as polluting cars or plastic dash boards, animal leather seats etc. For example, Volkswagen group of companies boycott. In April 2017, US federal judge ordered Volkswagen to pay a $2.8 billion criminal fine for rigging diesel-powered vehicles to cheat on government emissions tests.
- Company-based purchasing involves targeting a business as a whole. Consumers feel cars like Tesla which produce pollution free long range electric cars as ethical cars and they buy any variant they launch on market.
- The fully screened approach is a combination of all three and means looking at all the companies and products together and evaluating which brand is the most ethical. This is exactly what we do in the magazine and the 'Best Buys' we recommend aim to be the best, fully screened products available
